The Chicago Area Legal Personnel Association (“CALPA”) is a non-profit organization comprised of law firm and law school administrators. The organization provides forum for the exchange of ideas and information to keep its members at the forefront of the legal industry. CALPA hosts regular meetings with expert presenters in the industry, panelists, and roundtables to discuss market trends, law student and lateral recruiting, talent management and career development best practices.
